What is the difference between OEM and OEE glass?
We manufacture and install OEM-equivalent, or OEE, auto glass on all of our windshield replacements. This means that it is essentially the same piece of glass that is installed at the time your vehicle is made, with the only difference being the windshield manufacturer.
Will you replace the stickers on my windshield?
Our trained technicians will remove all affixed stickers and items from your windshield for easy application to the new piece of glass on all windshield replacements. Check with your state licensing agency for additional information on required inspections.
How long will my windshield repair or windshield replacement take?
In many cases, windshield repairs can be performed in 30 minutes or less. Windshield replacements will often take 60 minutes or less, however, we recommend that you do not drive the vehicle for at least one hour after service is completed.
Does my vehicle need to be in a covered or heated area?
Windshield replacement or windshield repair in inclement weather makes installations difficult without cover. If possible, please have shelter available.
My rear view mirror is attached to my windshield. Will the technician attach it to the new windshield?
Yes, for all windshield replacements our technicians will remove your rear view mirror and attach it to your new windshield prior to completing your service.
Will the chip or crack still be visible after the repair has been completed?
A windshield chip or crack repair is used to prevent further damage to your glass and to restore the structural integrity of the vehicle. In many cases the repair cannot be seen, however, there is a possibility that slight imperfections may still be visible.
What a Windshield is Made of?
A car windshield is made up of two pieces of glass that are separated by a layer of "PVB" (polyvinyl butyrate) that essentially 'glues' the two pieces together. This has several benefits, the most important being that in the event of a crash, it is much more difficult for objects outside a car to get in (or passengers to be ejected from the car), and the windshield is unlikely to break into lots of small pieces. This layer can also help block out harmful UV rays, can add some tinting, and can help reduce the amount of sound that comes through the windshield.
How soon can the job be completed?
In many instances, we can get you scheduled for a windshield replacement or windshield repair to be completed the very same day.To get scheduled please

Will I have to wait with my vehicle?
It is not necessary to wait with your vehicle; however, please have your car keys available for the technician.
Will the technician call me before he/she comes?
Yes, in most cases the technician will call prior to arriving to complete your service.
How does the windshield repair process work?
Performing a windshield repair is a highly technical process that involves cleaning and treating the damage with specially designed resins and tools. In many cases, the damage can be repaired by one of our trained technicians in less than 30 minutes.
Will any part of my vehicle be harmed during the repair or replacement process?
No, your vehicle should not be damaged during the repair or replacement process. If necessary, precautionary measures, such as protective drapes, will be taken to ensure that no damage occurs during your auto glass service.
